Based in Gympie, Queensland, Richard has just released his debut album, Country Songs from the Heart.

This album is collection of songs that will have you tapping and singing along within the first few bars.

Richard has two original songs on this collection – Burdekin River and Raindrops On My Guitar.

He has dedicated the song Burdekin River to his late brother, John.

Burdekin River is also special to Richard as he spent many happy times around Charters Towers, Ayr and Home Hill, having lived in Charters Towers until his late teens.

Richard’s passion for his music is evident in his choice of songs and throughout the entire recording.

His ability to express emotion through his voice has been captured providing his listeners’ with a convincing and impelling performance.
